6 months

Here is my belly at 6 months!!
Yesterday I was a little nervous because I hadn't felt her move at all! Melissa came down and hung out with me for a couple days and went shopping. We were busy all day and since I have never been pregnant and don't really know what to expect I freaked out. She has always moved a ton and her kicks have been very blatant. Then I did some research and said that when I'm moving around and busy it's comforting to the baby so she is content. I felt better after that.

I also put the crib up today. I was in the middle of putting it up when Geoff got home and 5 minutes after he was home I got myself in a pickle. Haha a bolt was stuck inside a hole so I tried to tip the crib over (only the back and one side was attached at the time) so it would drop out and the crib ended up on top of me! Lol thankfully it wasn't heavy and my feet were holding it up.

Baby Girl

If you haven't heard already, we are going to have a precious baby girl! :-) We couldn't be happier!!

The night we found out  what we were having, we tried everything to make sure that Geoff was there. That's why our appointment wasn't until 9:30 at night because he got off work then. Unfortunately... that night ended up being a training meeting and his boss is known for talking. Pregnancy hormones and not having my husband with me to find out the gender, you could expect a few tears. And that's exactly what happened!

Being able to see my sweet daughter and moving around was the best thing ever! Words can't describe and I'm sure every mother knows what I'm talking about. :-)

We finally sold our weight set yesterday! I am still in the process of moving and getting rid of things to be able to get a crib in there. I can't wait until she comes! It still doesn't feel real although I am feeling her move more and more and it's starting to get a little uncomfortable.

20 1/2 weeks

I haven't been taking a picture of my tummy every week but I'll try to get better. I am 20 1/2 weeks and I feel huge already. I know that I'm really not that big but I guess I'm just not use to it yet. I have been starting to feel the baby move and it's starting to "feel real" that we are going to be parents. My clothes are not fitting anymore. I bought a couple maternity shirts but it looks like I will have to start wearing Geoff's t-shirts. So if you see me, don't judge that I look frumpy. :-) We are still poor college students. Haha!

We find out the gender Tuesday night! We can't wait!!

Summer

I am finally home to stay. Being in Oklahoma for a month was fantastic! I love being around so much family! Most of the time we hung out around the house while Aubrie and the boys came over. I became best buds with Ethan and Zach and it was extremely hard for me to leave them.

Ethan even gave me the nickname, "baby tummy." I tried to explain to him that he can't jump or crawl over my tummy anymore because I have a baby in my tummy. He would point to my tummy and say "baby tummy?" He would repeat it and look at me while I had to shake my head for him to understand. I think he was still a little confused because he thought that was my actual name.

At the end of my long trip we had a Tuckett Reunion. My family (mostly Mom and Aubrie) was in charge this year. It was stressful at my mom's house for a few days leading up to it! Thank goodness it won't be our turn for about 15 more years haha! Aubrie made it a "Reality Reunion." We played several different games like Survivor, Project Runway, America's Next Top Model, The Newlywed Game, Family Fued, and then we had a Kubb Tournament. It's tradition in our family that when we get together we ALWAYS have to play Kubb. The Dave Tuckett family (my parents) won the tournament and this was our "game face" photo. Sad right? haha!

Here is the Tuckett Clan (minus 8).

My Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles.

After getting home, Geoff and I went to Washington to visit his family. His younger Brother Eric got home from a 2 year mission for the Church. He was in Mexico and lost 30 lbs! We played lots of games and enjoyed each others company. We also went Kayaking and I saw porpoises and seals for the first time. I am sad that my family filled summer is over but I'm grateful to be home with Geoffrey.

Swim Time

It's my first time coming to Oklahoma that I won't see Geoff's parents. It's weird but I still have my sister-in-law and brother-in-law here! I was able to go swiming with my adorable niece and nephews!!
