Okay so this story was a fun chapter in our lives! Geoff got an internship with the Marine Corp in Quantico, Virginia. We packed up our car to the top and drove across the U.S from Arizona to Virginia. We didn't have a place to live before we got out there, so the first couple days we spent the whole day driving around looking for an apartment. We ended up living at the very first one we looked at in Stafford Virginia at Aquia Terrace. All the furniture we had were two blow up air mattresses, Cate's pack-n-play, card table and chairs. We tried to find a TV at goodwill but couldn't find one, apparently they are hot commodities. Oh yes, we also bought a microwave. I couldn't live without a microwave for 4 months, those things are essential since we hardly had and dishes or pots and pans.
Like I said before, It's easier for me to poast a picture to instagram so all our our pictures from this adventure is on there. The only thing I didn't post was Adelaide's 3rd birthday! Doc McStuffin' was what she wanted and that's what she got.
We loved living in Virginia because it was so close to everything. We went somewhere every weekend except maybe two while Geoff had papers due. We also found out that we were pregnant with our third while living there. It was a surprise and stressed me to the max since Cate was only 6 months but grateful at the same time. :-)
